WhatsApp Integration
Send and receive WhatsApp messages from inside any lead profile. No separate app needed — your whole team works from one place.
Go to business.facebook.com, sign in with your personal Facebook account, click Create Account and fill in your business details. Verify your email when Meta sends a confirmation.
No manual setup needed — Kordic's connection wizard creates your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) automatically. Just make sure your Meta Business Account is active and you have access to the phone number for a verification SMS or voice call.
Open any lead → click the WhatsApp tab → click Connect WhatsApp Business. A Meta pop-up will open — log in with the Facebook account linked to your Meta Business Account.
A QR code appears on screen. On your phone, open the WhatsApp Business App → tap More options (⋮) → Linked devices → Link a device → scan the QR code.
Kordic activates the connection automatically. All agents and managers can now send and receive WhatsApp messages from any lead's WhatsApp tab — no one needs the WhatsApp Business App. Incoming messages are matched to leads by phone number automatically.
