What does "launch price locked for life" mean?
When you sign up during our launch period, the price you pay today is the price you pay forever — even when we raise prices for new customers. Your rate never increases as long as your subscription remains active. This is our commitment to early adopters.
Is there per-seat pricing or user limits?
No per-seat pricing. Each plan has a maximum number of agents (Starter: 3, Growth: 10, Business: 25), but within that limit you pay one flat monthly fee — no matter how many leads, contacts, or deals you have.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up and get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or your workspace pauses automatically — no surprise charges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Launch price protection applies to your original plan tier — upgrading means you move to the current price for the new tier.
How does Gmail and Outlook integration work?
Connect your Google or Microsoft account with one click (OAuth — we never store your password). Once connected, you can send emails directly from a lead profile, and all sent emails are automatically logged as notes on that lead's timeline. Full conversation history in one place.
How does WhatsApp Business integration work?
Kordic integrates with the WhatsApp Business API via Meta. You need a verified WhatsApp Business number (we guide you through setup). Once connected, send and receive WhatsApp messages from inside any lead profile, with full conversation history logged automatically. Available on Growth and Business plans.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Kordic is TAC Security Tier 2 verified — an independent cybersecurity assessment of our platform. Access is controlled by row-level security policies — agents can only see their own leads unless a manager grants wider access. We never sell your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your workspace settings and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is exportable at any time before cancellation.
What is the difference between an Owner, Manager, Agent and Accountant role?
Owner manages billing and workspace settings. Manager can see all leads, change ownership, and access full analytics. Agent works their assigned leads. Accountant can confirm or reject payments recorded by agents — creating a proper financial audit trail unique to Kordic.
